Huntington Beach, Calif. (February 5th, 2009) - EnviroCooler® announces that as of 2nd February 2009, they have been acquired by Lifoam Industries LLC, a portfolio company of American Capital Ltd (Nasdaq: ACAS).

Huntington Beach, Calif. (Jan. 5, 2009) - EnviroCooler® announces that as of December 8, 2008, they have transitioned to a new licensed manufacturer in Brisbane, Australia.
